Khlong Lat Mayom is a traditional weekend floating market located in the Taling Chan District in Bangkok, Thailand. It was founded in November 2004 by a local farmer aiming to connect community life with commerce along the canal.
Local Thai shoppers and families frequent it, keeping it quite authentic, unlike the more tourist-oriented floating markets like Damnoen Saduak or Amphawa.
Anyway, to adapt itself to tourism, the market offers boat rides along the canal. Visitors can choose either paddle boats or motorboats.
