I went to Pattaya on May 25, 2019, which was the second day of Pattaya International Fireworks Festival. Firework display started at 8 and 9.30 pm. Unfortunately, after the first round, there was a rain that last longer than two and a half hours. When the second round of firework display began at 11.20 pm, there was still raining lightly but most people had already left the beach and gone home.
I used Olympus E-M1 Mark II to take pictures of fireworks with ‘Live Composite’ mode. Live Composite is the Olympus camera’s function that creating long exposures with moving subjects during the night such as light painting, star trails, traffic trails and fireworks. It is fun to use this function because you can create and control your innovative way of taking long exposure photos.
